| Suzanne joined Raw Land Solutions as a Project Manager in 2008. Prior to joining RLS, she was an associate in the Real Estate, Development, Land Use and Finance group at the Denverbased law firm of Holme Roberts Owen, LLP. In this capacity, she has successfully taken numerous large real estate transactions to the closing table, both on behalf of buyers and banks. She has worked with municipalities and counties in numerous jurisdictions in the permitting process and has assisted clients with both the acquisition and development of their property. She brings experience in both real estate development and finance to RLS as well as a commitment to assisting her clients with even the most complicated real estate issues. Suzanne graduated from the University of Denver College of Law with honors (Order of St. Ives). While at DU, she was selected as a teaching assistant in the legal writing program and worked with Professor Jan Laitos on the 2003 update to Law of Property Rights Protection Limitations on Governmental Powers. Prior to entering law school, Suzanne was the International Media Relations Coordinator for an international business newswire. She graduated from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN with a degree in history. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Suzanne enjoys spending time with her husband, Ben and their children as well as running, skiing and cooking. |

| Joe Knopinski brings a broad range of development and municipal management experience to serve the clients of Raw Land Solutions, LLC. In his varied career he has: Overseen the planning, development and sales of many communities including The Farm at Arapahoe County and The Meadows in Castle Rock; Been a City Manager and water district manager; Managed metropolitan districts and has served on over fifteen metropolitan district boards; Provided work-out services for banks on REO properties. Joe earned both masters and bachelor's degrees from the University of Colorado. He is active in the Urban Land Institute, Home Builder Associations, Thompson Education Foundation and the High Plans Environmental Center. Joe was honored in 2005 with the highest award from the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, the Home Builder of the Year. |
