RLS was successful in obtaining approvals for the YMCA’s planned development. At the request of the County and the YMCA, RLS did some follow up research regarding the American’s with Disabilities Act to confirm that the planned site plan would comply with current ADA guidelines.

Use Expansion and Property Renovation
YMCA of the Rockies came to RLS for assistance in gaining approvals of the Grand County’s planning and building departments for a property renovation to include camper cabins. The County had originally challenged these facilities as being smaller than required under current County and construction codes. RLS did extensive research of the County codes, International Building Code and International Residential Code to address the issues of concern with the County. Ultimately, RLS was successful in obtaining approvals for the YMCA’s planned development.
